When I was getting ready to launch I was planning on doing my own editing for a while before outsourcing. One afternoon of swearing at the software later and I realised I needed to outsource NOW, and that there wasn't much time left pre-launch! The service has always been great, they are ever-helpful, and give me feedback that helps make the show better too.

I’ve been really impressed with everything from pricing to production quality, voice artist options and extremely fast delivery times (I never expected the recording process to start so soon after order confirmation!). However, the most pleasing thing for me is the excellent customer service. Friendly and professional attitude, as well as ability to understand exactly what I’m looking for, has made the ordering process extremely easy.
