Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from (cancel) a contract made at a distance within 14 days, without giving any reason, starting on the day you receive your Order Confirmation.
When the statutory right does not apply
Because of the custom-made or digital nature of our products, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalised and made-to-order products — custom voice overs, jingles, DJ drops, podcast intros and any other product recorded or produced to your script or specification (Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU; regulation 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
- Instant Downloads (presets, royalty free music, sound effect packages and other immediately downloadable products) — once the download or streaming has begun, where you expressly consented at the time of ordering to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal. Until you begin the download, your statutory right remains intact.
- Services that have been fully performed, where performance began with your prior express consent and acknowledgement.
Even where the statutory right does not apply, our goodwill cancellation policy in clause 10 of our Terms and Conditions still applies: a full refund before production starts, a partial refund once production is under way, and individual review of every Instant Download case.
Withdraw from contract here
To exercise your right of withdrawal (or to cancel under our goodwill policy):
- Tell us you are withdrawing — email contact@musicradiocreative.com with your name and order number (the model form below is provided for your convenience, but you do not have to use it), or use the self-serve cancellation option in your customer account where available.
- We confirm receipt — we will acknowledge your withdrawal by email without undue delay, including the date and time we received it.
- Refund — any refund due will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal.
