Questions, answered
The things DJs and presenters ask before ordering.
What makes Al the American countdown voice for DJ sets?
Al reads every number with US radio pace and attitude, which is why DJs use this pack as a DJ countdown sound effect between tracks as much as broadcasters use it for charts. One voice covers your radio show and your club sets.
How many files are in the pack?
400 MP3s: numbers 1 to 100, each in four cuts (dry, vocal FX, beeps, booms). Every file is named by number and cut, so the one you need is quick to find.
Can I fire single numbers as drops?
Yes. Load the produced cuts into your sampler, cart wall or DJ software and fire them as one-shots: a number one hit before the drop, a quick ten into a top ten teaser. For a full chart rundown voice, see our countdown jingles by Mike.
Can Al voice a custom countdown for my station?
Yes. Book Al for a custom voiceover with your station name, and he matches the energy of this pack.
