How Do I Access Instant Downloads?

It's easy! You will be guided through the checkout. Once you complete the payment you will receive an email with a link to download. You will also be able to access all of the purchases in your account area in the future. Note, we limit the downloads to 3 per purchase. This limit however can be re-set easily by contacting our customer services team. This is essential to ensure security of your audio and account.

What Format Will The Files Be?

Regardless of what is purchased we will always provide the initial files as zip format. Then each individual product will have the exact format detailed on the product page.

Do You Accept Returns?

As the files are available to you immediately after the purchase we do not accept returns once the files have been downloaded by you. Each instant download has a comprehensive demo and description. We feel that you can have a great idea of what you are purchasing and therefore can make an informed decision of the purchase. We are always happy to provide custom demos for any of our audio presets too - just contact our team. In some circumstances we are happy to provide a product exchange. If you have any question about any of our instant downloads - contact our team before your purchase. We respond the same day!

Can I Customise Any Of Your Instant Downloads?

The answer is yes! We provide a number of packages such as Radio Jingles, DJ Drops, Podcast Intros, In The Mix Drops that can be customised with your own DJ name/show name/etc. Those packages will give you an option to customise when you add them to basket. This is also clear in the product description.
