Downloaded off the link given in in my inbox, received a zip file, un-zipped and was told I had downloaded the wrong thing, on website troubleshooting gave me a link to a youtube tutorial that was completely unhelpful, it probably I’m summing it up to weird interaction’s because I’m in the states and this site seems to be based in the UK, but none the less I paid money and received nothing

Many thanks for the review. I believe we have already resolved the issue a long time ago but wanted to post a clarification. After purchase you receive access to zip file. Inside there are a number of .txt files together with a READ ME file. It explains EXACTLY how to load presets to Audacity. If you follow those step by step presets work as expected :)
